Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with preschool, elementary, middle, or high school students
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools and therapy interventions for school-aged children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to address students’ needs and track progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate student records, paperwork, and reports as required by district and state guidelines
- Deliver both small group and one-on-one interventions to address speech, language, and communication disorders
