Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Colorado Springs, Colorado

Whether you are an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (CCC), a CFY, or an SLPA with a school background, your expertise will play an essential role in helping students reach their communication goals.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (for SLP; associates/bachelor’s for SLPA)
- Active state SLP or SLPA license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) encouraged, open to strong CFY candidates
- Previous experience with pediatric or K-12 populations
- Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to collaborative, student-focused care
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in meetings as needed
- Provide services via in-person and/or teletherapy formats
- Supervise or mentor as applicable to your credentialing
