Days: Monday–Friday

End Date: May 2027

Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position is based at one school site and serves elementary and middle school students.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team of four Speech-Language Pathologists dedicated to supporting students' communication development and academic success in a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for elementary and middle school students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district requirements
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
