ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time school-based opportunity in Colonial Heights, Virginia. This position is open to both local candidates and travelers and offers the opportunity to join an established, collaborative team of four SLPs.

Location: Colonial Heights, VA
Nearest Major City: Richmond, VA — approximately 20 miles north
Assignment Dates: August 17, 2026–May 2027
Schedule: Full-time
School Assignment: One school
Student Population: Elementary and middle school students
Team Structure: Joining an established team of four SLPs
Interview Format: Remote interview
Travel Opportunity: Open to qualified travelers; tax-free housing and meal stipends may be available for eligible candidates

Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
Collaborate with the district’s existing team of SLPs

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible Virginia SLP license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence preferred
Previous school-based experience is highly preferred
