Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a closely related discipline
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active South Carolina (SC) state licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Active SC educator certification, or eligibility to obtain certification
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, deliver progress reports, and adapt interventions as needed
