Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized plans
- Experience in K-12 educational settings is highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
- Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school counselors to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Support students’ social and academic development through targeted interventions
