Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Clemson, SC
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in a school setting located in Clemson, SC. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders in elementary students.
- Implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ communication development.
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Receive supervision and mentoring, especially if a Clinical Fellow (CF), ensuring growth and compliance with certification requirements.
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credentials required.
- Open to Clinical Fellows; CF supervision and support will be provided.
- Not accepting Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) for this role.
- Experience working in pediatric or school settings preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
Work Environment:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Elementary school caseload.
- District employs 12 SLPs, supported by one lead SLP, promoting a supportive professional environment.
