Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- North Carolina SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- CCC-SLP preferred, but clinical fellows/new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Passion for working in a school setting focused on student outcomes
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy for students in grades K-5, emphasizing articulation and fluency
- Conduct assessments and develop IEP goals to promote communication success
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-based support
