Full-Time Bilingual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Texas | 2026-2027 School Year
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Texas for the 2026-2027 school year beginning in August 2026. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting a diverse student population within a collaborative and supportive educational environment.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills while providing culturally responsive support to bilingual learners and families. This is also a great opportunity for clinicians looking to transition from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or hospital settings into schools.

Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
Conduct bilingual evaluations, assessments, and maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, interpreters, and related service providers
Develop individualized treatment plans to support communication and academic success
Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
Support effective communication with bilingual students and families
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or pending Texas SLP license
Bilingual proficiency required (Spanish-English preferred)
Ability to work onsite within a school-based setting
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
Open to candidates transitioning from clinical, outpatient, rehabilitation, or medical settings
