Key Qualifications:
- Valid PA Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Proven experience in a school-based setting
- Ability to obtain/complete all required PA clearances
- Reliable transportation for travel between sites
- Comfortable with onsite work (remote/VOCO not available)
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to school-age students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed session notes and compliance with school documentation requirements
- Provide support for a varied caseload, including maternity leave coverage and itinerant assignments as the school year advances
