What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language assessments, screenings, and evaluations for students in a diverse K-12 school population.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams and families.
  • Provide engaging direct therapy and skill-building sessions, adapting instruction to a range of student needs.
  • Track and document progress, maintaining clear communication and organization.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, parent conferences, and IEP planning—dedicated administrative time is provided and compensated.
  • Liaise with teachers, counselors, and support staff to create optimal learning environments.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
  • Current or eligible California SLP license/credential.
  • Capacity to complete all required state background and fingerprinting clearances.
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants are welcomed; supervision is available.
  • Experience in pediatrics, healthcare, or school-based therapy, including teletherapy, is a plus.
