Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Virtual Intervention Specialist to support preschool students for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time role offers up to 20 hours per week and focuses on delivering specialized instruction and services in a virtual setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ohio IEP regulations and experience working with early childhood populations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual specialized instruction to preschool students with diverse learning needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with Ohio regulations
- Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, and families
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in virtual meetings and IEP team discussions
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Intervention Specialist certification
- Strong knowledge of Ohio IEP regulations
- Previous preschool or early childhood special education experience preferred
- Experience with virtual instruction or teletherapy is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
