Join a dynamic educational environment as a full-time bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) within a charter school network serving multiple communities throughout the Chicago area, including Arlington Heights, IL. This role requires in-person commitment and fluency in Spanish to support diverse student populations across various grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students from PreK through 8th grade.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall student success strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP certification with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly within charter or public schools.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively serve the community.
  • Familiarity with a range of student ages through grade 8.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced educational environment.
