Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students from PreK through 8th grade.
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies and state regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall student success strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working in school settings, particularly within charter or public schools.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively serve the community.
- Familiarity with a range of student ages through grade 8.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced educational environment.
