Desired Skills and Experience:
- Valid CA SLP license and CCC credential required
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in California schools
- At least 1 year using SEIS preferred
- Experience supervising SLPAs with facilitators preferred
- Highly organized; ability to manage extensive caseloads and referrals
- Bilingual Spanish skills highly regarded, but not mandatory
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech-language therapy in a school setting
- Supervise SLPAs, collaborating with facilitators as needed
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
- Engage in case management and referral processes efficiently
