A dynamic opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in school-based therapy, with a focus on pediatrics and teletherapy. This role is based in Chicopee, MA, and offers a travel assignment working within a high school setting.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification and experience as an SLP, especially in school and pediatric settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 75 students
  • Experience conducting comprehensive high school speech and language evaluations
  • Skills in supervising and mentoring Speech Assistants
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Location: Chicopee, MA (Travel assignment)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to high school students
  • Conduct detailed evaluations to assess speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to meet student needs
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Oversee and guide the work of a Speech Assistant to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school policies and regulations
  • Utilize teletherapy techniques when applicable to enhance student engagement and access

Work Schedule:

  • School hours from 7:41 AM to 2:15 PM
  • Start date: As soon as possible
