Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts (please include a screenshot showing licensure status)
- Bilingual proficiency, with demonstrated experience providing speech services in a school setting
- Certification in Clinical Competence (CCC) by ASHA
- Solid track record working with school-age children and navigating IEP processes
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
- Reliable transportation for punctual arrival and departure
- Willingness to complete drug screening, background check, and fingerprinting requirements
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other providers to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with school policies
- Support compliance and participate in IEP team meetings
- Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment for multi-lingual learners
