A full-time, onsite bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026–2027 school year in Springfield, MA. This contract role supports student communication needs within a school setting, requiring strong clinical skills and effective collaboration with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to school-aged children
- Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student language development
- Participate in meetings and parent conferences as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license (please provide proof with application)
- Bilingual proficiency preferred to meet diverse student needs
- Experience working in school environments with pediatric clients
- Ability to pass drug screening, fingerprinting, and background/CORI checks
- Reliable transportation with punctuality essential
Location: Springfield, Massachusetts (Onsite only)
Additional Requirements:
- Notify school and recruiter promptly if unable to attend due to illness
- Complete required compliance steps swiftly, including CORI screening
- Interview via Microsoft Teams (15–30 minutes)
