School Speech Language Pathologist - Chicago, IL

Schedule highlights include a full-time, five-day workweek with consistent hours, giving you a clear routine and time to build strong relationships with your students. Hours run Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, Tuesday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (with flexibility as needed), and Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP - CCC credential required
- School-based experience, particularly with IEPs and diverse student needs, is preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a collaborative school environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to approximately 26 assigned students in alignment with their IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
