Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Chicago, IL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings; familiarity with teletherapy is a plus
- Knowledge of IEP goal writing and participation in multidisciplinary meetings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working at multiple sites (travel between is minimal—only a few minutes apart)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in pre-K–8th grades
- Travel between two nearby sites (approx. 4 minutes apart) during the workday
- Complete speech-language evaluations and deliver evidence-based interventions
- Develop and update IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Participate actively in all IEP meetings for students on your caseload
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reporting
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student success
