A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school setting located in Joliet, IL. This position offers the chance to work with a diverse K-12 caseload, providing valuable support to students across multiple grade levels. There are two openings currently available.
Key Qualifications:
- Certification as an SLP with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or registration as an SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year).
- Experience working with school-aged children from kindergarten through 12th grade.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload within an educational environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students with various communication needs across K-12 grades.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and success.
- Maintain detailed documentation and assist with billing processes related to client services.
