An Elementary School is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized support on a leave replacement contract through the end of the current school year (May 22, 2026). This role focuses on supporting students in a self-contained setting within an Early Childhood Center, delivering targeted speech and language therapy services to promote communication development and academic success.

Duration: Immediate start through May 22, 2026
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for early childhood students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with district and state regulations.
- Deliver therapy services primarily in an on-site self-contained setting, focusing on speech and language development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement issued by ISBE.
- Strong experience working with young children in educational settings, preferably in self-contained or early childhood environments.
- Ability to engage effectively with students, families, and staff to support speech and language goals.
- Commitment to providing on-site services; virtual work is not an option for this role.
