Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students across various needs
- Manage 1.5 caseloads, including Supported Education, Multi-needs, and Speech-only students
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress effectively
- Participate in team meetings and parent communications as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), with SLP - CCC or SLP - School highly preferred
- Experience working in school settings with diverse student populations
- Ability to manage complex caseloads efficiently
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Position Details:
- Location: Chicago, IL
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract type: Full-time contract available through 5/22/26; part-time option available temporarily until 3/27/25
- Immediate start date preferred
