Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity – Chesterfield, SC
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a school district in Chesterfield, South Carolina, seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2026-2027 school year. Multiple placement opportunities are available throughout the district, allowing candidates to discuss site preferences during the interview process.
Position Details
Full-time position
37.5–40 hours per week
Onsite services only
Contract dates: July 22, 2026 – May 28, 2027
Caseload includes students from Pre-K through 12th grade
Assigned to 2-3 school sites based on district needs and candidate preference
Current openings available in the following attendance areas:
Pageland
Chesterfield
Cheraw
Jefferson
McBee
Interview availability this week
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist license
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
Strong communication and collaboration skills
School-based experience preferred
Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy services
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with special education requirements
Support students across a wide range of grade levels and communication needs
