Key Qualifications:
- Hold current SLP-CCC credentials with a valid license to practice
- Prior experience working in a school setting is required
- Ability to complete all Pennsylvania clearances
- Familiarity with urban school environments and a genuine comfort level with diverse communities
- Reliable transportation is essential for consistent onsite attendance
- Availability to work between 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM; no schedule accommodations can be made
- Must be able to confidently manage caseloads of middle and high school students
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive onsite SLP services, including direct therapy, evaluation, and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with other educational professionals
- Design and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and case records
- Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and district staff to optimize student outcomes
