Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Olympia, Washington
This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) committed to supporting K-12 students in a dynamic school environment. Situated in the Olympia, WA area, this role offers the chance to deliver direct therapy services, conduct assessments, and perform evaluations for a diverse student population within a K-12 setting. The position is available as full-time or part-time on a contract basis for the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across grades K-12.
- Administer comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to meet student needs.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Washington.
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
- Strong ability to manage caseload and prioritize responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to student-centered therapy and evidence-based practices.
