Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid Arizona SLP License
- IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Arizona Department of Education (DOE) school certification
- Experience in school-based settings or with students on the Autism spectrum is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across grades 4-12 in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored intervention strategies to support students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed
- Conduct and interpret evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
