Qualifications:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Accepting Clinical Fellows (CFY) and fully credentialed SLPs
- Knowledge of assessment, therapy planning, and progress monitoring for speech/language disorders
- Familiarity with IEP process and state compliance guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary students (K-5) using evidence-based practices
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain clear, ongoing communication with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Document student progress and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide support for classroom teachers regarding speech and language development
- Schedule and manage a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday
