Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students across two schools
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Document student progress and maintain confidential records in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent support for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of student goals
- Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
- Engage in opportunities for professional development and mentorship throughout your Clinical Fellowship Year
