Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure(s) to practice as an SLP
- ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest working with pediatric and school-based populations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain compliant documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and IEP reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff to ensure best outcomes
- Educate and support families regarding communication challenges and strategies for home carryover
