Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure(s) to practice as an SLP
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest working with pediatric and school-based populations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students’ educational goals
• Maintain compliant documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and IEP reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff to ensure best outcomes
• Educate and support families regarding communication challenges and strategies for home carryover
