Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure for SLP in the state of assignment
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain thorough documentation

In this role, you will:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Design and implement effective, evidence-based therapy plans
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to best support student needs
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reports
• Monitor student progress, maintain records, and update therapy goals as needed
• Educate staff and caregivers about communication disorders and therapy strategies
