Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Tecumseh, Kansas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience or passion for working in pediatric settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to function independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in a school-based setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational teams
