Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Meriden, KS

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Hold or be eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current completion of CFY
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Kansas
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric speech and language disorders
- Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
- Organizational skills and adaptability in a school-based role
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy for students with a wide range of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation consistent with district and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Supervise and mentor SLP assistants as appropriate
