Qualifications:
- Currently in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Eligibility for TN licensure as an SLP
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and commitment to helping students succeed
- Positive attitude and passion for working in a school setting
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and document student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based interventions
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with educators and families
