Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Richmond, Virginia

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Current ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Prior experience or strong interest in pediatrics and school-based settings
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to integrated education plans
