Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Demonstrated interest or experience in pediatric or school settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Work closely with educators, parents, and other multidisciplinary staff to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in student support meetings, evaluations, and training sessions
