Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong interest and/or experience in pediatric speech therapy
• Collaborative mindset and skill working as part of an integrated school-based team
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and individualized treatment for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs and treatment plans with measurable objectives
• Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and standards
