Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure—or eligibility to obtain—for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based populations
- Exceptional communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Your Role:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse population of students, including evaluations, individual and group sessions, and progress monitoring
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Keep clear documentation of services, assessments, and student progress in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with school staff and families to promote optimal learning environments
- Participate in professional development and relevant school meetings to support student growth
