Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates welcome
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams
  • Adaptability to onsite, hybrid, or travel work environments
  • Prior school-based experience preferred, but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in K–12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and provide timely evaluation reports
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support students’ academic and social success
  • Provide both direct and consultative services based on student requirements
  • Remain current with best practices, compliance standards, and continuing education in the field
