Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Middleton, WI

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY status
- Experience or interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and treatment strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education relevant to school-based therapy
