Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Little Rock, AR

Qualifications include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in pediatric or school settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to pediatric students in a school environment
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain documentation and adhere to state and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of student educational plans
