Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Jacksonville, Arkansas

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time, on-site caseload and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain thorough progress documentation
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school-based professionals to facilitate student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Advocate for students’ speech and language needs within the school environment
