Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Laurel, MD

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible ASHA CCC or CFY status
- Current state licensure (or ability to obtain) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience with pediatric clients strongly preferred
- Dedicated to fostering communication skills and supporting student success
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a school-based team
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students with a variety of communication challenges
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create supportive learning environments
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing educational strategies
- Stay informed on best practices and contribute to ongoing team development
