Your qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCCs, or the ability to complete your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations within school settings
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
- Eagerness to contribute creatively to individualized education plans and therapy sessions
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Collaborating closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster optimal student progress
- Providing both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with school guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and contributing to IEP meetings
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students’ needs
