Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Bowie, MD

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech services
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and evaluations
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and parents regarding communication development
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
