Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Jackson, MS

Skills and eligibility requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active or eligible state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Ability to adapt and collaborate with students, staff, and families in a dynamic educational environment
- Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct and consultative therapy addressing speech, language, and communication goals
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain up-to-date session notes and progress documentation in compliance with school regulations
- Offer support and guidance to classroom teachers and families regarding student speech/language needs
