Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Brandon, Mississippi

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity open to both experienced SLPs and recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Ideal candidates will bring enthusiasm, empathy, and strong clinical skills, along with:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure for SLP and eligibility to practice
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or be pursuing CFY
- Previous experience with school-aged populations or pediatric clients preferred
- Ability to adapt approaches to accommodate diverse learning needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In this position, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Work closely with teachers, special education teams, and parents to monitor progress and adjust interventions
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups, to maximize student success
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to support educational outcomes
