Key Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for state licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology or CFY provisional license
- Passion for working with children and school-aged populations
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy services and support to students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions in collaboration with the educational team
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support growth and achievement
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan) meetings
- Engage with families, educators, and support staff to advocate for student needs and enhance educational outcomes
- Collaborate with a designated supervisor for guidance, feedback, and professional growth throughout your CFY
