Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow | Helena, Montana

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Active state licensure for SLP in Montana (or ability to obtain)
- Prior experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based speech therapy preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to the school setting and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver diagnostic assessments, intervention, and therapy for students with communication disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress toward established student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social development
- Offer guidance and training to school staff and families regarding speech and language issues
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all district and state documentation requirements
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education
