Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - East Helena, MT

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Valid state licensure for SLP must be obtained
- Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Strong passion for working with school-aged children
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for individual student needs
- Collaborative spirit to work with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student
- Provide direct therapy services to preschool and school-aged children
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with school and federal requirements
- Consult with teachers, special education staff, and parents to optimize student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
- Foster a nurturing and positive learning environment
