Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - East Helena, Montana

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Knowledge and experience in pediatric and school-based SLP services
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Adaptable, organized, and motivated to work with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide evidence-based therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team conferences
• Support generalization of communication strategies across school settings
