Both roles require dedicated professionals interested in working directly with students—remote or virtual work is not available, and these are not SLPA positions.
Available Positions:
- Position 1: Full-time SLP serving elementary-aged students
- Position 2: Full-time SLP focused on early childhood (up to 5 years old)
Qualifications:
- Hold or be eligible for SLP licensure in Nebraska
- Accepting Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates and SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based SLP experience is highly valued
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to create engaging, evidence-based treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, screeners, and evaluations for students referred for speech and language services
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy to students, addressing communication, articulation, language, and social skills
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and document student progress in accordance with school and professional standards
