Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Holding or actively pursuing ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric populations and school-based therapy settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educational teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication assessments to students across designated age groups
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support students in achieving their educational goals
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to maximize therapy outcomes
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to multi-disciplinary IEP meetings
