Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate status
- Current and valid state licensures for SLP in the state
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy services to students with varied communication needs
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input and advocating for student needs
- Educate and consult with staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies for support
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as district policies
