Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Baton Rouge, LA

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Completion of or eligibility for ASHA CCC or CFY
• Active and valid state licensure for SLP
• Previous experience with pediatric and/or school-based SLP preferred
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and collaborative work style

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments with students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans matched to each child’s needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and parents
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for student plans
